Eligibility to Place Wholesale Orders

Our wholesale program is open to Mahjong instructors and brick-and-mortar retailers. To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following conditions :

1. Host in-person Mahjong games, classes, or events.
2. Operate a physical retail location (for retail applicants).
3. Adhere to our No Internet Sales Policy (see below).

We may request supporting documentation to verify eligibility, such as a valid resale certificate or business license.

Authorized Sales Locations

Approved stockists may sell our mahjong products only in the following locations:

1.At your own in-person Mahjong events, classes, or games.
2.Within your physical retail storefront(s).

Prohibited Sales Channels

To protect the integrity of our brand and existing sales channels, our mahjong products may not be sold online. This includes, but is not limited to: your own website, Instagram, Etsy, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or any other third-party e-commerce platforms.

Our products are exclusively available online through our official store. Stockists are not permitted to sell our products on the internet under any circumstances.

Non-compliance with this policy may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order, including preorders. We are happy to reserve inventory in advance—simply let us know the items you would like to secure.
