Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing My Mahjong Trove. We are committed to delivering quality products and a positive customer experience.
Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and refunds are not available. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged upon arrival or lost during shipping. Each order is carefully packaged to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. That said, we recognize that shipping issues may occasionally occur and will address such situations as quickly as possible.
Product Images
Our product images are professionally prepared for online display, including background enhancements and color adjustments, to best represent each item. Please be aware that returns or exchanges cannot be made based on color variations or personal preference regarding product appearance.
Missing Items
If an item from your order is missing, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe are not eligible for replacement.
Damaged Items
Should your order arrive damaged, please notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. When contacting us, include a clear description of the damage along with supporting photographs. Our team will review your submission and advise on the next steps.
Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window and appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to our customer support team. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, you may choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund for the affected item.
Return Authorization
If a return for a damaged item is approved, our customer support team will provide return instructions. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories and promotional materials. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if items are returned incomplete or not in original condition.
Refunds and Processing Time
Approved refunds or replacements for damaged or lost items will be processed promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that refunds and returns are available only for purchases made directly through the My Mahjong Trove website. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Monogrammed Items
If we need clarification regarding your customization request and do not receive a response within two weeks, your item will be shipped without the monogram. In this case, the monogram fee will be refunded. Once shipped without customization, the item cannot be returned for monogramming, and we do not accept post-shipment requests for added monograms.
Spelling and Graphic Errors
As a small business creating distinctive products, occasional spelling or graphic errors may occur. Please note that items with such errors are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Sale Price Adjustment Policy
Sale prices, promotional offers, and discount codes are valid only during the stated promotional period. Orders placed before or after a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments, retroactive discounts, or refunds of the price difference. Discounts cannot be applied outside the advertised sale timeframe.
